Typical rates are as follows :

En-suite rooms :
Double                           From £52.00
Single Occupancy            From £35.00

Standard rooms :
Twin / Double/ Triple       From £22.00 per person
Single Occupancy            From £28.00 

Standard rooms have their own wash basins, but you would need to share the bathrooms.

Latest check in time is 22.00 unless by prior arrangement.

Please check out by 10.00 am.

All bookings require a debit or credit card to guarantee the rooms. A cheque or postal order to the value of one night's accommodation will be required in advance in the event that you dont have the above.

In the event of a non arrival or cancellation with less than 2 day's notice prior to the date of arrival, one night's B&B accommodation will be charged per room booked.

Children up to 3 years of age will not be charged (unless they are in their own bed, then they will be charged at half price).

3 to 11 year olds will be charged at half price.

12 years and over will be charged at adult rate.

Children must be supervised at all times.
